LucidDaily Customization

Overview

LucidDaily gives traders the ability to customize their account at the time of purchase. Two settings can be adjusted to create the trading experience that best fits your risk preferences. The two customization options are:

  • Daily Loss Limit: On or Off

  • Evaluation Drawdown: End-of-Day (EOD) or Intraday

These settings create four unique LucidDaily account configurations.

Daily Loss Limit

The Daily Loss Limit (DLL) determines whether a daily loss cap is enforced on your account. The DLL is a soft breach, so if you hit it you will simply be locked out until the next trading session.

Daily Loss Limit Enabled

  • A Daily Loss Limit is enforced on both evaluation and funded accounts

  • Results in a lower evaluation purchase price

Daily Loss Limit Disabled

  • No Daily Loss Limit is applied during either the evaluation or funded phase

  • Results in a higher evaluation purchase price

Evaluation Drawdown

This setting determines how the Max Loss Limit is calculated during the evaluation only.

Important: Regardless of your selection, all LucidDaily Funded accounts use an Intraday Drawdown.

End-of-Day (EOD) Drawdown

  • Drawdown is calculated using your account balance at the end of each trading session

  • Unrealized gains and losses do not affect the drawdown calculation

  • Results in a higher evaluation purchase price

Intraday Drawdown

  • Drawdown is monitored continuously throughout the trading session

  • Unrealized profits and losses are included in the calculation

  • Results in a lower evaluation purchase price

Available Account Configurations

LucidDaily offers four possible combinations.

Option 1: Daily Loss Limit ON + Intraday Evaluation Drawdown

  • Daily Loss Limit enabled

  • Evaluation uses Intraday Drawdown

  • Funded account uses Intraday Drawdown

  • Cheapest version of LucidDaily

Option 2: Daily Loss Limit ON + End-of-Day Evaluation Drawdown

  • Daily Loss Limit enabled

  • Evaluation uses End-of-Day Drawdown

  • Funded account uses Intraday Drawdown

  • Mid-tier pricing version of LucidDaily

Option 3: Daily Loss Limit OFF + Intraday Evaluation Drawdown

  • No Daily Loss Limit

  • Evaluation uses Intraday Drawdown

  • Funded account uses Intraday Drawdown

  • Mid-tier pricing version of LucidDaily

Option 4: Daily Loss Limit OFF + End-of-Day Evaluation Drawdown

  • No Daily Loss Limit

  • Evaluation uses End-of-Day Drawdown

  • Funded account uses Intraday Drawdown

  • Most expensive version of LucidDaily

Choosing the Right Configuration

Your LucidDaily customization should reflect your priorities:

  • Choose Daily Loss Limit ON or Intraday Drawdown in Eval if you prefer a lower purchase price.

  • Choose Daily Loss Limit OFF or EOD Drawdown in Eval if you want more flexibility and don't mind paying a premium for it.

Once selected, these settings cannot be changed for an active account. If you want a different configuration, you'll need to purchase a new LucidDaily account with your preferred options.
