Any open positions will be automatically closed by Lucid Trading at 4:45 PM EST
Important: Holding a position past this time does not result in a failed account
Market Reopen Times:
Trading resumes at 6:00 PM EST, Sunday through Thursday
On market holidays with altered closing times, all positions must be closed before the market closes, regardless of the usual 4:45 PM cutoff
LucidLive Accounts
Swing trading is not allowed in the new LucidLive accounts
Traders may hold positions until 4:45 PM EST on Tradovate Live accounts, or 4:15 PM EST on Rithmic Live accounts
For added risk control, an auto-liquidate option can be enabled to automatically close positions before the aforementioned times
Auto-liquidation settings and other risk configurations are handled during the LucidLive onboarding process.
