Signing Up as a Business
You may register a Lucid Trading account using either personal or business information. Please note that personal accounts cannot be converted to business accounts, or vice versa, after registration.
A trader may only ever have one Lucid Trading profile, either personal or business. Profiles cannot be converted, deactivated, or replaced to create a new profile. Once a profile is created, it remains the trader’s permanent profile with Lucid Trading.
To sign up under a business name, enter your business name into both the First Name and Last Name fields during registration.
Business Verification Requirements
If you register as a business, you must get paid out as a business. To receive payouts to a business you must submit the submit the following documents via email to [email protected] to complete the business verification process:
Proof of Incorporation: Articles of Incorporation, Certificate of Formation, etc.
Proof of Ownership: Operating Agreement, Shareholder Agreement, etc.
Government-Issued Photo ID: Required for each individual who owns 25% or more of the business
Once your documentation is reviewed and verified, payouts can be issued directly to the business entity.
Payout Options for Business Accounts
WorkMarket
If you wish to receive payouts through WorkMarket (available to both U.S. and international businesses), you must reach out to WorkMarket Support directly to complete KYC.
WorkMarket will review and approve your documentation before Lucid Trading can send funds to your WorkMarket account.
Plaid (U.S. Based Businesses)
U.S. based businesses that prefer payouts via Plaid (instant bank transfers)
Attach the required business verification documents to the email as per above.
Our team will review and approve the documents; once approved, Plaid payouts will be enabled on your account.
